Im in the market for a first or second gen 700 or 750. Running or not running; the engine must at least be in running condition for me to be interested.

Please dont PM me on here because i rarely check it - email me patrick.cohen@smail.astate.edu and we'll go from there.

Im in NE arkansas so it has to be within 150ish miles

Ya want quality or you want drek?? Eh , bubbie ??

Stay away from the VF series unless you like your bikes unreliable, overweight, and troublesome.

Riders who can't appreciate the quantum leap in technology between the VF series and the VFR, probably have never ridden one.

if ya had a 2nd or 3rd gen, you'd be too busy out riding and have less time to get your feelings hurt.

I saw in the other thread that you found a project. congrats and have fun.

I'm still looking for a winter project to keep me out of the bars. Hopefully I can wrench with someone else's money this winter.

    Hey P

I have about $450 bucks into this 86 VFR 700.

Runs...(decent), good brake rotors, pads, etc (see my blog about it)

If your price was right I may take you up on it. (I intend to work on it myself this winter unless your $$ can convince me otherwise!)
