What a great day it was!!
The weather ... perfect! The crowd .... record size! The racing....fantastic!
Oh and did I mention the girls??



Well here we've arrived.

Looks like you had an excellent time!! I just finished watching both races. I recorded them as I went out for a quick ride this morning. Great racing! I would have loved to have been there, thanks for the Pic's.

i have to wait till september when i get to see the motogp bikes at Indy!

 

Indy is a long way from Ontario and September is a long way away!

This will be my 4th trackday at the Island

 

yeah i know the wait is long! do you live on the islang or do you travel from the mainland? 4th time- wow! what was the cost for the tickets etc.. for the race weekend?

 

I live in Melbourne ... about 1 1/2 hours ride away.

Tickets for Sunday were $72! An increase from the year before.
We knew a guy who was a corner marshall so got one free entry and split the fee for the other ticket, so in all not bad! :biggrin:

 

What a great way to spend a weekend, I just love the atmosphere on WSBK & MotoGP race days. I'm very envious of your track day with all the decreasing radius turns and the awesome Chicane that Philip Island is so well known for. Thanks for sharing :rockon:
