Hi folks. My real name is Ed. I've had my '99 VFR for almost three years now. I am super happy with it. My only complaint is that I don't ride enough. only has about 23000. I am the second owner. I keep it in the N.Georgia mountains . Love to ride there. I will get bold soon and bring it down to the city so I can ride more often. Wish I had a bike buddy. If anybody in ATL or around it is looking for same, holla.
Hey Ed! I am in the north georgia area too! I do know of some fun routes that we can go on. Send me a PM and we can set up a little meet and ride. I got a riding buddy too but we're always welcome for more. (Buddy has Suzuki SV 1000) Here's a fairly recent ride I went on and documented: http://vfrworld.com/forums/trips-events/14419-cherohala-skyway-tour.html If you want to go bravely venturing into ATL I recommend going on Highway 9/Atlanta Hwy because it's a sorta scenic route and you can check out the sights compared to just slabbing the I-85/75 routes. Be on alert though for other drivers and always be ready to make an "escape". Later on, Joey
You should come visit in western North Carolina to ride some great mountain roads. Don't forget the "deals gap".
Yo Wrestler! Welcome! I like your shoes...seriously! I use wrestling shoes when I play the drums. The flat, thin sole allows a drummer to feel the pedals and not be too high off of them like when wearing street shoes.
