Why We Ride Trailer Release Today!!

I received word from James Walker that they released the trailer today. I made it for a short bit so hopefully that means I will make it into the movie for more than just a couple seconds. At about :45 seconds, you will see some riders riding through Valley of Fire. I'm the lead rider. The trailer is at Screenings & Videos | Why We Ride Film. Below the trailer you will see a couple theaters where the movie will be showing so far. As they get more, they will show up on the site. Even if I wasn't in the trailer and I don't make it in the movie, it looks like it will be a great movie. Enjoy watching and keep an eye out for it in your town. So far it will be playing in LA and NYC.

Its not playing in Chilliwack first! I'm hurt and quite frankly, offended. Will watch for it Karen. But will probably have to go to Vancouver form that one.

 

It is definitely a great movie. It was done independently so getting into theaters will be slow. It will be playing to the public on November 1 in LA and NY and they are working on other theaters. There were so many surprises in it for me... I was blown away. Mert Lawwill is in it, and the guy in the trailer who talks about having an elevated idea of how good people are... does anyone know who that is? Anyone? I didn't know until I saw the movie... that is Ted Simon, the author of Jupiter's Travels!! Wow!! There's alot in it that will be lost on alot of people, because they just don't know... but there's also alot of other surface stuff, that can appeal to the average rider or even the person who doesn't ride. I think this will be one of those movies that will help non-riders understand our passion for motorcycles... and will push anyone who is on the fence, over the fence and they will start riding. Good stuff!!

Oh, and an unexpected turn... they actually listed the names of ALL of the extras in the credits!!! My name appears in the same movie as Mert Lawwill and Ted Simon... as well as others!!
