I finished the first 600 miles on my new 06 today. I love the bike. But curious what criteria everyone else thinks they like the most.

    For me...I can't really answer your poll....

it's just that I think all of those things are the reason, it's really a all-round performer. Looks good, has a great torquey and sounding engine, keeps up at 8/10ths, feel unbelievable comfortable, and is bullet proof! :first:

I cant pick one thing, its the best all round bike i've ever ridden. Which includes all the things in your list and more. If i had to pick one thing that puts a smile on my face everytime it would be anytime the engine is under accelaration, the best sounding bike ever bar none!

Hard one as it is the VFR's brilliant overall capability that attracted me to it. In the end chose " engine " as its configuration uniqueness and brilliant sound sets it way above all the other good but uninteresting STs available.

I had to go with appearance. If I did not first like the looks of it I would not have condidered it as a bike to buy. It's like picking up some chick who wants to ride an ugly one.

There's no choice for "All Of The Above" As has been said (quite correctly I might add), the VFR is the the best all around street bike available. I will go so far as to say the 5th Gen is the single best all around street bike ever made, period. If anyone can show me a better choice, by all means do so.

    KC-10 FE out...

Better than the 5G? :pound: Ever since I did all the Mods to my 5g, I'm a little scared to do a bike switches, I consider all the 4g riders friends but would be a little scared for their safety if they hopped off a 4g and jumped on to my 109.5 HP 5G, not sure 4g riders could handle all the extra power

I have owned a 2nd, 5th and 6th Gen. I think that the VFR just gets better with time, so the 6th Gen has my vote. However, I want to emphasize, that all of these bikes are well rounded and I would be content if my 2nd Gen was the last bike I ever owned. They are all that good.

The whole FIVE more horsepower over how it was before? Yea, I don't know how I'd handle that. I'll stick with my hooligan 4g, thank you very much.
