While working on the VFR I got a twinge in the wallet

So I havent posted much since my VFR was in pieces from the start but I picked up a rough 02 VFR last season. I had been building and flipping bikes on and off over the past 2 years just to make some extra cash. (See the ninja big bore in my pic)

Anyway finally got the whole bike mechanically sound sent the plastics off for paint.

It will be coming back this week and should be back togethter middle of next.

White with UV blue in the clear just to give it some coloration in the sun. Tank is matte black. Carbon fiber solo cowl, rear hugger, mirrors, double bubble windscreen, Carbon look graphics, Carbon front hugger, Carbon piezo style handles, of course some cool tank pads, Stiantune, Power commander, smoke front signals, Undertail, K and N, still needing a decent replacement tail light. and I am sure a few odds and ends I am forgetting.. We split the nose where the black would normally be with matte black and then white.

Running Royal Purple as I have in all the bikes and sleds, and outboards etc I own/have owned.

Goal was to keep it tasteful but custom. Ill be sure to post some pics this coming week. BTW does anyone know if I am still applicable for the wiring harness recall? I seem to have the intermittent stall on occasion that is mentioned.


Oh and the other twinge was this last night..Not sure I will keep it but the price was right lol. Thanks for listening to my ramblings!!
