Thinking on painting my rims and adding that red line on the outer rim.
Does anyone know of a good place in MD to have this done?

most folks I've heard have used a decal to make the stripe on the rim Frank. What color you going for?

I'll keep them black. They are not in prime shape currently.
As much as I tried, they just don't look as nice as I want them to.

Maybe I'm not using the proper cleaning products.
Any recommendations as to how to try to clean them and then make them shine again?

A roll of decal comes in a roll. but how to make it follow the curvature
    of the rim?

nope, they buy a circular decal that is a treat to get on. I can't recall how did it, but I know Tori has them on his wheels. you should find a thread if you search for wheels or decals. My wheels are new enough that they still look fine. It is nice that the wheels are flat instead of glossy black.. hides the dirt much better. :) I hate white wheels.
