PATIENCE! You posted your thread just last night, so smoke a dubie and calm down. Kids are so impatient these days!

Ok, are you referring to a CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition), or are you referring to the Ignition coil, spark plugs, a flux capacitor, or something else? Giving more detail helps. I would contact Jamie Daugherty, or Stewart (cannot remember his entire handle, but I believe he has a few vf1000's). They would be your experts.

I was refering to the CDI's the two boxes plugged into the harness in the tail section of the bike.

Also I would like to know where the fusebox is located since it is not shown on any OEM parts diagrams. Is there one? It must have one. Thanks

    parts

I may be able to get parts but I need to know why before I put on a short skirt and dance on a pole for them.

I bought an engine from a salvage yard with the understanding that I would get everything it takes to make the engine run so I would not have to go on an easter egg hunt to get all the stuff.
Well the engine arrived but was missing the fuse box and one of the cdi"s.
The CDI's plug into the harness in the tail section of the bike. At least thats what it shows on the OEM parts diagrams.
