Clearly Honda was going to put lights here. Do any Euro models have lights here. The center portion of the lens is a projector lens, the outside is a wide spread diffuser. I remember seeing a mod with lights in there.. yellow ones if I'm not mistaken. I'll see if I can dig up the pic.

The rear has a black rubber cap.

What ever was going to go in these spots I want em... Who knows a Honda rep?

I like the idea of a modulating LED for visibility. I was looking at these lenses as well. If I come up with an idea on the modulating LEDs I will post it on this thread.

    something like this...

LED flasher module with different patterns.

along with a couple of these...

3 watt Luxeon LEDs. 5 watt ones may generate too much heat for that tight spot.

I don't think these would fit in the spots but something like them would be cool. Maybe a light bulb of some sort.

    Just throwing ideas out there.

edit... just saw this, it would fit nicely but would have to get a voltage regulator.

I saw the modulator on the net somewhere already/ But I wonder if a 3W Flashlight. LED would shine over the headlights in order to be effective. I have used these flashlights and really am not overly impressed with the single bulb. I have even used flashlights with multiple bulbs and they are not that great either. I am sure the LED bulbs they put in emergency lights are much brighter. Now if someone was to make something out of those diodes, we may have something.
