Whats the quickest and easiest way to get headlight and vin verification in Sac CA

Hey guys I just bought my bike 97 VFR 750 and im loving it. My only Problem is that ive been riding dirty lol. duckin and dodging every cop i see. I just need to know if there is any quick answer to where i can get my light and vin verification done that i can take a day off of work to take care of. I was wondering If i can get my Vin checked off at Carol Miller but am not sure. Let me know if you have any advice. Thanks for reading, this is my first time on here and im sure not the last...

Every time I had vin check it was at dmv and on some they sent me to chp office. Check with north office on Date Ave, they have been helpful to me in the past.

 

tax office where you register your car get a temp tag have insurance then no worries..
