I think, one replaced the other, but I am not sure. If you are in an online store, try ordering them both, one may come back as "replaced by ..." or depending on the store, the other part number just shows up in your box.
I have noticed that though that sometimes with other parts, that, sometimes there are several part numbers listed on the fiche for the same part. Anybody who worked in a shop and knows the answer care to explain? Sometimes all the part numbers come back as valid, and there is no description of what the difference is (sometimes there is, but rarely). I am not talking about parts that are color coded. And in cases where one part number replaces another, why not just list the "new" part number and drop the old one from even appearing?

If I was to hazard a guess, I'd say that "TOYO ROKI" changed their ERP/accounting software or got a new upper-level manager with an "improved" part numbering scheme. Or perhaps both.
