What's a "Fair Price" for a brake job?

    And this is just for the labor. I know the pads are a preference.

    I just bought new Glafers (Front: FD205x2pr, Rear: FD207) for a total of 99+tax. I did the job myself, and it took no time at all to do it. :smile: These pads are really "grabby" too! I like them a lot.

    I'm trying to get a grip on what someone would expect to pay for such a job. Is 30 bucks cheap? 50 bucks more in line? When I know, then I'll know what I can spend what I saved myself on something else that I can have some fun with...like maybe a night at the strip club! :eek:

    ok, maybe not some strippers...maybe 3 tanks of gas! :thumbsup:

    EDIT: Seriously, and sometimes (well, most of the time) I'm the only one laughing at my unusual SOH. I am sincere in this question. If I don't want to do the next brake job myself, I'd like to know from the "better-informed-than-yours-truly" what I'd be looking at $pending.
