What is this tank for?

    sorry bro the 500 tanks and the 700 tanks arent the samething the 500 tanks hangs over the frame and the 700 tank sits above the frame

    It`s a 500 tank that has been modified with a newer flush mount gas cap. Looks fairly decent but the bottom looks like it has been welded in several spots. If I had a 500 project I`d probably go for it at the price. I`d just make sure it doesn`t leak or have it sealed.

    If you look at the questions, I was the one who said that the tank was for one or the other, not both. And it does look like a 500, I had a 700 parts bike, and other the some bolts, nothing matches up (f/ the 500 to the 700)
