So I took the 85 700 out for a run yesterday. 100 mph and I got scared, had to slow it down. I went out today to see if i can get 105, too much traffic to get it done. I have to say, I 'm impressed by this bike, it may not be able to run with the new sport bikes but it 's a cool bike none the less. This bike gets looks everywhere I go.
I had My Ole-Girl up to 80-85, trying to keep up with a friend on his Turbo-Hyabusa. She was stable enough for a 30yr. old bike. Read that the VF750 will do 125 mph in the real world, But I have no desire to see of she will do it!
Let me get this straight, you got scared at 100mph and now a whole day later your goal is to hit 105mph? Based on what you said you don't have any business riding that fast at all and you don't sound like a very responsible rider to me. Do you ride in flip flops and tank tops too?? Sorry to be so harsh but riders like you scare me. Rollin
