We bike police handlebar kit 6th gen

Hi everyone and happy new year to you all !
May i ask if anybody has ever fitted the vfr handlebar kit from webike japan to there 6th gen vfr, and what year was your model , looking to purchase a kit sooner than later , would appreciate comments , i also dont wish to purchase another bike before that comment is made.

I haven’t had any personal experience with the Hurricane kit but I have been looking at pictures and found a video of a 5th Gen with the police bar kit. I am interested in Hurricane kit with the lower handlebar for the 6th Gen that does not require cutting the windscreen. The kits look to be of good quality.

 

Not sure about info here, but know that many on the other forum have used it. It may be worth checking there.

 

I put the kit on my '99 Interceptor, and it works great. A nice bit o' kit.

I had since found a video of a 6th gen with the Police kit installed.

Hurricane makes quality stuff. The lower bar kits that don't require new cables should be as easy to install as something like Helibars.

 

The Hurricane set up is definitely nice but the Hurricane folks kindly let me know no availability for 6 months. Definitely worth the wait but there is another option.

Moto-cnc in the UK now makes a kit for the VTEC VFR, you have to supply your own handlebar. Options for a 28mm Fat Bar or 22mm (7/8 in). Estimate about a month for delivery as they are currently sold out and making more.

 

The older I get, the more I think about bar risers!

Haha, it's not nearly that bad. Ya'll hilarious. Police handlebar puts your hands bottom of your sternum.
