I want to install a voltage meter on my 4th gen, so I can keep an eye on what the electrical system is doing.

Can anyone recommend a good volt meter, ie one that's tough and reasonably waterproff? I'd prefer something I can stick onto the bottom of my dashboard here:

I'm not wild on the idea of cutting into the fairing for one of those recessed, bezel mount models. The 4th gen doesn't have a handy place for it like the 5th+ gens do.

    Thanks!

Thanks guys. I decided to go with this:

    http://www.lascarelectronics.com/products.cfm?STOCKNO=EMV 1200

It's really tiny, like less than 1"x2", and it surface-mounts. I'm going to make a little aluminum bracket for it and mount it on one of the brake resevoir bolts, right next to the throttle. I think it'll look really clean and understated.

Down below, I'm going to splice the meter wires into the leads for my battery tender, so I don't have a bunch of extra connections to the battery. I'll post pictures when it's done!
