So I'm pasting stickers for the 2007 update to the 2002-2005 Helm published Honda shop manual. They send you the changes as a giant sticker to cover the old page. The main changes were:
    1) Canadian bikes after 2006 (ie 2007) are like the California emissions, not the 49 other states that don't believe in global warming.
    2) Recommended viscosity changed from 10W40 to 10W30

Thought I'd post it here as I seem to be the main contributer to the dirtier side of the forum vice the 6th Gen.

Sorry to digress from your subject, however, did you know that some clown at the oil change place actually said "well, since your car takes 5w30 and not 10w40, we need to charge you extra." Even though, if you look at any brand of oil, and there is know difference in the price of oil from 5 weight to a 10 weight. I just kept my mouth shut, and told my gf as we left that that is BS. I know better having spent my life changing my own oil and working on my cars and bikes. We were at Target, and low and behold, on the shelf the 5w30 was the same price as the 10w40. I showed my gf just to give the no doubt that the guy was a joker. Oh well, it is my gf's car, and it was a well-known chain in San Diego. She said ok, so whatever she wants for her car. What a bunch of jokers. Oh well, she got her tires rotated for free anyways. I am going to mark her oil filter next time. I used to do that when I would bring my car in, just to be sure they change it.
