Vinyl carbon look rap-good for gas tank protector!

I found a use for the Vinyl rap , I am going to use it to protect the top of the gas tank from scratches that my magnetic joe rocket tends to leave. I am panting my hard bags caliper black instead of using the Vinyl rap-which is actually quite heavy and it seems to wrinkle up too much. I have installed a gps on the joe rocket bag with a bike master three lighter socket power device.
