VFRWorld publicly available

Just a compliment: It is a great thing having this forum completely accessible to the public. Googling most VFR problems brings people here. Once they are here they are probably going to subscribe.

This is in light of me going to one of those other bike forums, just wanting to browse a bit, and not being able to read a single post without subscribing. That type of 1995 security and exclusivity is self-damaging to the forum.

So thank you. The integration between VFRWorld and the Internet has probably been a key to making it the premier forum.

The "other" forums are also open. The hook on the other forums is "registering" which is another term for shoot us your email so we can sell your addy, fill up your spam box and try to sell you shit that you have no more use for than a wart on your_________. ( being gender non-specific, the requirement is filling in the blank)

Yeah, that is something I too like about this site. So many want you to be a
"member" when you are only looking for one small piece of info. I signed up for a Rav4 forum just to see pics of a sagging visor repair. It's stupid.
