Does the VFRness take care of the trouble-prone (from what I read) plug between the rectifier and the stator or should I get this also?:

    Thanks!

I had the same thoughts as you when I bought the VFRness. My connectors had been cooked and I removed the connector off the new ricks motorsport rectifier and soldered everything through to avoid connector meltdown.
