Hi everyone, Hope you're all happy & healthy and you're revving up for all those winter projects. Personally, I've challenged myself to "A polished swingarm" on my VFR800-3. I picked one up on ebay for £30.00 :sneakiness: On the face of it, it looks possible but time will tell :topsy_turvy: However, I need some advice / services in East Sussex (or South East generally). Firstly I'm looking for someone who can Ultrasonically clean it for me. Secondly, I'm looking for someone that can x-ray it to ensure it's sound. Thirdly, does anyone know what grade of Aluminium its made of (there is a minor ding from the chain I'd like to have filled if at all possible). Fourthly, are greaseless compounds & buffs the best way to get the job done or should I start with a good aluminium file? Thank you for your consideration :gorilla:
