Vfr750fg '86 tyres

Hi all. I have vfr750fg manufactured in 1986 year. Now find original size tyres is a big problem in Russia. Maybe someone have changed already tyres with the other size for original rims?

 

You should be able to find on any tire factory website the best tire sizes for those wheels and websites competing to sell you tires. Good Luck.



Find the charts that determine tire-factory-recommended size tire for your wheel width. And stay with OEM bias-ply tires, not radials.

 

Over the years, I had the same issues with my 1986 VF500F, VFR750F and VF1000R. On all 3 bikes, I went with tires that were one size wider and if the diameter size could not be found, I went I size smaller there.

 

You mean tire profile ratio, of course, not wheel diameter. Ambiguity can be a killer.
