OK well im working on my 86 vfr 700 and am still having some issues. I went through the carbs a bunch of times and they are super clean.

I can get the bike to run and idles at about 3k with full choke and after about 7-8 minutes i can take the choke of and it idles about 1k. Problem is, i check the exhaust temps and my front two cylinders take turns going cool. One cylinder one time will be nice and hot about 750 degrees and the other about 300 degrees. Next time the opposite cylinder will be cooler and the other hot.

What could be the reason why the cylinders are taking time going cold?
