VFR1200f 2012 model fuel leaking from overflow breather pipe

Hi

I purchsed new a 2012 model vfr1200f.
I noticed that when i stopped there was fuel leaking from the breather pipe under the bike.
it is still under warranty
i took it back to the dealer and they requested a new fuel tank from honda
New fuel tank fitted and we have the same issue.
The leak is worst the fully the tank is
Homda have said they have seen this on one other VFR in Australia and the solution was not to fill the tank to full capacity and also not leave it out in the sun?
Obviusly this is totally un acceptabal and it seems to be some form of design issue to me.
i was wondering if any other VFR1200F owners had seen this problem?
