VFR1200 "should have looked" says designer

This is an older (January) MCN write up But I had not seen it till now.

I've seen that pick tossed around a few times, I absolutely love it. A bit heavy looking but still lighter looking than the current one.

 

That is still quite the muffler bearing on that thing.

 

The differnces are mild but it does look more like what may be dubbed "Interceptor". Shame. Makes me remember how HOT the Suzuki B-King prototype looked and seeing the ugly POS that ended up in show rooms.

 

You got a link to the prototype? I am curious as the BK Broiler is quite the goofy pile of parts.

 

Mmm I'm sorry, isn't that, less the color, what came out? It's going to take a while before it grows on me. Now where's the white one?

 

Well, yeah. Just a BIT more to my liking... Still don't hit the nail on the head.

Yeah, yeah, I know it's damned close. But I did like it alot better than the production one.
