I sold my old Savage before I left CA and even though it was a small bike, it was fun to ride! Had a friend of mine back in CA recommend this bike so I though I would drop in, say ello, and browse the pics! So far it is a really nice bike from what I have seen, but have never ridden one so...

Any recomendations are welcome, as are anyone in DFW area that wouldnt mind showing me what they have!

    Thanks again!

You can't go wrong w/a VFR... They're all good bikes, and we're all bias to our own Gen bikes.. My only advise would be get the one you like most, and enjoy... I ride the hell outta my 86 and love it...

as he mentioned they are all good bikes. check you local craigslist.org for a bike near you. they are reasonably priced used. I like the 5th gen (98-01) because that's what I ride, but they are all great bikes. If you find one you are interested in, post a msgs describing it, some pics, what they are asking, and we'll give you an idea if it's worth it. also we can usually find a member near a bike if it's not near you that will go and check the bike out for you.
