VFR_Kiwi2.jpg Hi All, I've always wanted a Pre 2002 VFR and finally brought one, It has been restored by a guy here in NZ to an excellent standard. It is though a Import ex Japan and has the 180Kph Speedo, So I do suspect it may be limited to 180kph. I may need to find a nice straight road to test the theory. And it is quiet so quiet I really have to find a aftermarket pipe to let the noise out. I have searched a few threads and searched google but cant find much about the Jap restricted bikes and what needs to be done etc. I have owned and ridden many bikes and say it seems to have full power. goes pretty well for a 781cc. Would like to hear from anyone that knows about Jap imports of the era and what needs to be done if it is restricted to 180kph???. Any way nice to see a working forum etc -- Keep the rubber side Down Cheers Kiwi_VFR

I had a Two Brothers on my '98 and I got rid of it because it was too loud. I went with a Delkevic and I am pretty happy with it.
