Will do the best i can to explain.
Is this normal I rev my motor to 4-5000 rpm and let off and when it drops it drops gradually drops down to 2000 rpm then down to about 1500 then about 1100 I have tryed to adj the carbs but didn't help could it be in the synchronization.
valves are adjusted air filter looks new and carbs are clean
all cylinders are hot from doing touch test any ideas/thoughts.

Sounds like a lean condition, possibly an air leak around the boots as Grey suggests, also check the vacuum port and hose going to the petcock. Also could be the fuel screws are set too lean or even poor fuel delivery to the float bowls.

OK I checked and readjusted boots they were loose showed a little difference I spayed w-d40 on boots nothing. but what i did notice was once the fans kick on idle drops 4-500 rpm then bike dies any other ideas suggestions??? thanks
Taken battery down Friday to get checked.
Also when trying to adj carbs doing it the books way doesn't work but if i start at 3 turns out and gradually turn idle screws in then the rpm drops.
I have started at 3 turns out and tried 2 turns out rpm should rise it does nothing when turning them out like book says.
Could this be electrical issue ?? HEEEELP.
    Thanks in advance.

UPDATE fuel delivery is good battery is good.
I semi warmed up the bike idled at 1200 rpm till warmed up and
fans kicked on then idle dropped and then it died out
also the return down from revving it up is better.
could it be when fans kick on it is drawing to much electric?
and ware do I start checking???:frown:
