Hi Everybody, I have done what seems like a fairly thorough web search and the only 100/90 x 16 Tires I have been able to find are the Pirelli Sport Demons, Brigstone Battleaxes, Metzler Lazertechs and the Kenda cruisers. Are you aware of any other options? Also, for those with tire experience on the VF500 F, what would be your preference be for general sporty street riding? Finally, should I consider going 110 front and 120 rear? That would give a couple more options. Thanks!
I went with the battleaxe 45's stock size on front an a 120/80/18 on back. By going to the 80 series the rolling diameter stays about the same as the stock 110/90. For what I payed for both is still less then what a front tire only from Metzler is. was quoted $268.00 for just the front. Was reading reviews on the Kenda and they are more for cruiser riding but will work if your not hard in the corners. You can also still find Spitfire's around if you want to go to the old school look with raised white letters.
