vf500 86 interceptor california model

hi guys
trying to get rip of all the tubes and canisters etc.
need some help from the pics you can see 5 small connections that i am going to cap off.
i have a larger pipe connection just below the fuel lines - it appears this is a connection to the pipe from the breather box ??
is that correct ?
from a previous model there is a connection to the air box but i do not have one also.
this is a connection from the plastic air vent or something.
bit confused any help appreciated
