vf1000f locking gas cap replacement?

Surely I'm not the only one who has a locking gas cap that has crapped out on them.

Any body have any sources to get a new non locking gas cap?

The previous owner drilled the lock out and now the inner workings have recessed inside the cap and I can't get it off.

Do any other year/models fit?

I have a 1984 vf1000f.

Should be the same as the 700,750 interceptors from 83-85. I think the Magna caps may work too, you'd have to take a good look though.

 

Make sure that your bike is a 48 state model as well , California gas caps wont work on anything but California tanks.
