Vf 750 f engine idle running problem.

    Vf 750 f engine idle runing gets off when the engine gets heated up.

    False idle is common on gen 1 and is most likely a vacuum leak, have you checked the boots for cracks or leaks?

    A sign that it may be too rich if it's OK cold but gets worse at temperature. Inspect/clean your air filter. You could try adjusting the idle mixture screws clockwise a bit. You're sure the choke cable is releasing OK ?? A good carb synch might fix it.
