Valuable free carb info for Vf1000R

The Honda factory workshop manual says on Page 4-1 the float level is .350
On page 4-3 it shows .300
On Page 1-4 it shows .350

I called HONDA and they said to go with .350 measurement.

They are also looking into it.

 

That would be good to know, I'll probably be pulling mine off soon.

The Owner's Maintenance Manual says .330"

 

.330/8.5mm would be for the Canadian model

 

That's what is listed in my US manual.

Reads: Float Level................9.0mm (.035 in) < Canada model: 8.5mm (.033 in)>
