I just stumbled across this: Honda VFR gets V5 engine - Motorcycle News it seems that there is (if rumpr is correct.) a 1L V5 coming. Anyone have another source to verify?
Yea man talk about a major teaser, and to think a lot of other folks like MCN and a few like them bought into this and spread the word as gospel. God only knows what Honda is really up too.

My best friend in the Army has a buddy in the Marines who told HIM he has a cousin the Air Force who is dating this Navy Chick that is related to this Army guy who knows this ELITE Canadian Mountie who spent the summer training with a French GIGN badass who personally trained a Japanese bodyguard that personally protects THE Honda Motorcycle CEO, Takeo Fukui. Mr. Fukui told HIM that even HE heard a RUMOR that HIS VERY OWN company might be making a V5 for the VFR in 2010!!! Can ya stand the suspense!!! Holy Moly, it must be my Birthday!!!..... .......Color me incontinent!!! Can a fella get some new pants?! Obviously, I can't go to Cycle Gear to spread THIS juicy rumor with a piss stain down the front of my pants. I would lose all credibility! For real.... ......This time, even I am convinced!!! the bad part of this bike story is the poor chap who brings it up always gets a roasting... lol.... its funny now to be on this side of the story, but a few months back i was in the hot seat for bringing it up..... the best of the v5 is the responses that keep coming back on the forum....funny stuff.. :cheersaf::cheersaf: one more kitten kilt.. lol.
