As i removed the original windscreen on my 2000 vfr , the aft screw kept turning. Found out the plastic on the fairing had snapped off. Its not the screw under the mirrors its the far aft one that goes through the molding and the screen then the fairing? The ipc does not show the item only the fairing and i don't see buying a new front fairing for a screw insert. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I was along the lines of using epoxy and a rubebr grommet with a thread insert and epoxy it to the plastic . Help :unsure: can send pics if u dont know what i mean.
