Hard to believe you spend so much money on something that doesn't fit any better than a Nike on the back of your VFR. I will say that after taking the thing on and off the bike no less than 20 times that its starting to fit better. However, what were they thinking when they molded the light? Also, what the hell is the deal with the cut out in the top of it? Anyway, here is how to fix it. Tape up the light and screw it in. Also install the lower fairing. Without this part the sides don't fit the same[V]... sorry a bit out of focus Then get out your polyester resin and some chopped cloth in smallish pieces and lay them over the opening in the top. Let dry then bondo and shape. The deeper red bondo is a spot putty that fills pinholes and cracks. I still have a little shaping to do on the light opening but it already fits MUCH better than what they think is quality. ON a happy note I got my rear wheel finished[]
