I know it's not 2012 yet but it will be soon and that's likely when I will buy them. I have an 83 VF750F that I need to buy turn signals for. When recently purchased, the bike was missing them. I have rear turn signals that I bought from ebay. I am looking for the front turn signals but have noticed that they sell them in all condition. I see a lot of used turn signals that don't look like the are complete: just the black plastic rear and amber front but they look like they are missing a rubber mount, with grooves with a long screw. At bike bandit they have a part called a "winker". What would a complete turn signal have. Other options: if it was possible to go with something more modern such as an LED light? I just learned via my auto electricity class that LED lights come on milliseconds before the other types but cars can travel 18 feet in milliseconds. any thoughts related to turn signals would be appreciated.
