Hey all, I need some help with troubleshooting. I have an '86 VFR 700 F2, and none of the blinkers work at all. I've used a voltmeter to test each blinker wire at all four corners (grounding at the battery), and I'm not getting power to the hot blinker wire (voltmeter reads 0.00 volts). I'm guessing the problem may either be at the blinker relay or maybe the blinker switch? Any ideas on how to move forward with testing? Anyone know where the blinker relay is even located? Need pointers & suggestions.

I "THINK" the winker relay is in the area under the Left Mirror on the cowl stay.

If the power going to the front running light wire goes out when you flip the switch on the handlebar, it's not the switch.

Those wires should be the orange and blue with a white stripe I believe. Whatever is the opposite of the rear signal wires (no running lights)

Fuse E provides power to turn signals, brake lights and the horn; check that first
The White/Green wire feeds power to the flasher relay; I can hear the relay clicking up behind the instruments on my bike. You should see a steady 12V to ground from the white/green wire at all times.
The grey wire feeds from the flasher to the turn switch
The orange (L) or light blue (R) wires feed from the turn switch to the bulbs.
