I know we are crotchety and rude, cant drive worth a damn, and have the worst weather on the planet :frown: , but why is there only one big racetrack in the northeast?!?! I am referring to Laudon, NH. :blah:

    Are there a bunch more I don't know about:smash: ? (i hope so!)

I was looking at places like michigan and there are close to 8 tracks within a days drive! I am starting doing track days this year, and hope that I will have more than one track to visit over the course of the season... I live in RI.

If anyone can educate me... thanks!!!

I work for Burton Snowboards, so I am pretty happy if it continues to snow.

Anyways, my bike is currently without chain, sprockets or a battery. Not going anywhere anytime soon.

I'm hoping to be back on the VFR by mid-April.

Hey i live in Pittsburgh PA now and beaver run is a nice short track. I grew up in RI (Cranston East Class of 99) and your right about lack of tracks. Pocono is only about 5 hrs out witch is not that bad. it takes that long to get to sunday river to go sking.

seb how did you pull that off, did you have a racing license and get invited? I need to get on that kind of plan!

VT viffer, I have been snowboarding for about 14 years now, first board was a burton Air, that thing was legit! Now I ride a Ride board since my buddy is a rep and I cant afford a burton board without selling a kidney! They are sweet though. Enjoy the snow up there! and put that bike back together!! (dont feel bad, mine is in pieces at the moment too).
