Some of you California peeps probably already have heard. Got the call early yesterday evening from a friend that was an acquaintance of his. I didn't even think it was true because it wasn't on news outlets yet, and maybe 3 questioning social media posts. But in 2 hours it exploded as news sites were starting to report on it. Totally gutted, he was a rare good guy in a sea of stuck up riders. Always would talk with fans, I chatted a lot with him over social media. This is why road racers need to stay away from MX. God speed bro...

So So sad. A really great kid, always smiling.

Misti is friends with him and his family, she is very upset. Posted a very nice read from her blog about him, really hit home. She might post it here too.

In an article I read it said a head on crash with another bike at a motocross track. I don't know how that is possible. So sad.

Same here, busy as heck. Little ones will keep you in shape, don't have to go to the gym. lol
I did get to stop by and see Michael Wheeler at Dan Kyle Racing when I was out in California on a job. Wow do they stock top parts. I did not realize that when you order off the internet chances are the part is actually coming from their shop. They supply most of the online sites with Ohlin, brembo, Power Commander ect. They had Sato exhausts up to the ceiling.
