    Dunlop Qualifier

Or as it says on the tire, Sportmax Qualifier. These are the replacement for the Dunlop D208's (says D209 on teh tire, too). I bought my first one last year sometime around August. I put 6,522 miles on it. I believe it still had at least another thou or so on it, but a puncture right thru the center promted me to replace it. This tire, when first introduced, was touted as having the grip of a sport tire and the longevity of a touring tire. I am happy with how long this tire lasted. It also never gave me any problems with grip, except when the temp was below 40F (I think it was more rider error). It heats up pretty quick and sticks pretty good too. In 50F weather, I have no second thoughts about leaning into a turn at speed. I know it's gonna hold. I give this tire an "A", two :thum::thumb:
