Thumbs up for Thumbs!

Thumbs sent me an Isle of Man T shirt signed by John McGuinness himself!

You can tell a really good forum by many things. Obvious things like a reliable knowledge base by members and threads that save us countless hours of wrenching and modding our bikes. But a good way to know is how members do something for other members. I have seen on this forum people sending parts to others for free, riding many miles to help wrench, doing research on bikes, opening their homes for travelers, throwing great parties and random acts of kindness.

I was going to take a photo of it on a bike but a storm was coming and I had a bunch of bikes to put away. Tomorrow morning I'll take a photo in decent light. Came in an official merchandise bag and still has the tags on the shirt. Not sure if I'm going to wear it or frame it.

Wow, holy crap batman.

 

Although the coolness factor of wearing it, is high, keeping it clean and pristine and hanging on your wall will last a lot longer and is just as cool IMO.
