Hi all, I have a problem with my 1992 vfr. I cannot find the right route for the throttle cables as it does not matter how I route them the throttle sticks in the open position at full left and full right lock it seems worse at full left lock. I have spent over 6 hours today and have not found the correct route. The throttle snaps back to shut in the straight ahead position. I have now relented and ordered new throttle cables. Has anyone got any suggestions or ideas on how to get the routing correct. Has anyone had the same problem. Thanks guys and girls.

Only way to be sure cables are correct is to reference the FSM clear line drawings. I'd suspect you may need to adjust in more freeplay to loosen up cables.
