Was a beautifull day in New England and I managed to get out a couple hours this afternoon. Came across this thing on route 31 north of Wilton. I had heard stories about this trebuchet this guy had built in Greefield NH, but had never seen it before.

He apparently set himself up with a great toy here. I should have used the telephoto, but that tan thing out in the distance on the pile of rocks is a castle that I would assume is the target. All that green stuff in the background is a pumpkin patch.

This must be a greatr way to piss away a fall weekend.

Sounds like you guys had a great time. Yea, I should have said something. I was home alone all weekend and could have been anywhere, anytime. Of course the quiet in the house was nice for a change, I didn't even get out till about 2:00PM.
