So as I was cooking dinner for myself, I thought of the perfect combination of bikes. A vfr and a...Yamaha ysr 50. I think of this as perfect becasue the vfr doesn't have good low speed handling, don't get me wrong it's perfect for the right person, but the snatchy throttle at small openings, the weight and size, and the fact I'm rather small make it extremely demanding in town for me. So my thought to fight this is an entirly new bike a ysr 50 from what I have found is extremly light and with the proper gearing can reach speeds that won't leave you wanting more in town, seem perfect when you have the vfr to back it up on those longer trips on the freeway. But fate is a cruel mistress, I am a soon to be college student so two bikes sounds like too much $$$$$. Oh well I can still dream lol. I'd like to get your opinions on my thoughts and what your perfect combination is or if you have the perfect single bike.

Don't know if it's perfect, but my combo is a '03 KLR650 to go with the VFR. I like how, after just riding one for about a week, the other feels so different. The VFR is fast and low, the KLR not so much. It feels like a tractor, sitting upright with the wide bars and imaginary brakes. Lots of fun around town though.
