Now if this wasn't a Tesla sponsored video, they could have put a modded Mitsubishi Evolution in there or at least put drag slicks on the Holdens and walked that Tesla RC car pretty good lol.
But, yeah yeah, I know.... Stock vs modded isn't fair.

 

Driving the 90D in Ludicrous Mode is a life-changing experience. Did it during a day driving a GTR, Gallardo, F430, and R8-V10. The 90D was the absolute standout.

 

Not surprising when you look at how RC cars have grown in how they put the power down, brush-less motors then the battery tech is just crazy Now Tesla is going full steam ahead, there's no matching the torgue an electric motor can put down right now, compared to a fuel breathing monster. The thing that's really nuts is they are so damn quiet, what's the fun in that. I was watching / witnessing the electric motorcycle races at laguna, just insane where it's heading.

Damn, that second Holden car sounded sick as F!!!!

 

Appreciate the battery power performance but just seems to sterile for me. Of course I'm always the last to catch on. Sadly, just sold my 09 G8 GT with only 30,000 miles on it. it's too bad Holden Australia will be no more soon.
