First of all i'm posting this here only cause I only came the 1st Generation fourm. Anyways, I sold my 85 VF500F Interceptor last night. It will be missed. But I just want to say thank you to everyone on the fourm for help, and being a great bunch of people. I did pick up a 2002 GSXR 600, so i'll problem end up on one of those fourms. Take care, and thanks again.

    Go?
    NO!
You cannot go! Look at me...I sold my VFR but I am still here.
Trust me, the sport bike forums are generally full of young, punky kids that pick fights at the drop of a hat. Naturally, you can benefit from much of the technical stuff but you'll want to hang out here for the less bike-specific side of motorcycling. Anyway, good luck with the new bike!

    Cool!
And I understand...I went to the sporty side. My Daytona 675 is similar in feel to your new bike and my ZX-10r is the spaceship I use for the jump to Lightspeed. The VFR is a nice memory and I would love to get one again sometime (when my wife isn't looking).

You sound like me 15-20 years ago. I sold my first VF500 ('86) and bought a brand new CBR600 ('93). It took me a few years, but I came back to the V4. Good luck to you and hopefully we'll see you back here some time down the road.
