has any one had this problem? over 200 deg f the neutrel light will not come on when it is in neutrel then dies when the kick stand is put down. the bike will not restart till the neutrel light comes back on when the temp drops below 200 deg f. i have allready changed the r/r , battery, thermostat and the switch on the kickstand now im stumped thanks
I'd replace the N switch on the trans. I'd bet the farm it is failing when hot, then working just fine when cool. Will it start when hot, with the clutch in and the side stand up?
no it wont crank at all till under 200 and the light comes back on even with the clutch pulled and stand up ill look into the n switch on the trans thanks
