I've searched the old threads about head shake(tons of them)and can't find the info I need. I would like to know the parts numbers for the tapered bearings and where to get them for a 86 model. I have a little head shake around 50-55 when I relax my grip. Feeling a little slack when coming to a stop to, not sure if its the head bearing or the calipers moving a little??

Any way if anyone knows the part numbers please help.....thanks

There have only been two or three steering stem bearing part numbers used by Honda over the years, the one you want is by far the most common. Just go to your local dealer and look it up in the Parts Unlimited catalog. All Balls is the brand.

You head shake is probably only partially due to the steering stem bearings. It's also from the tire, assuming you are running a bias ply. Don't forget that the condition of the fork bushings also play a big part too.
