    Howdy! Anyone have a recommendation for a quality tank bra fo my '07 RWB? I am more concerned about fit and finish than trying so save $.98 on a cheapee.

    Thanks!

    After hearing and seeing how a tank bra can scratch a tank (by particles getting underneath the tank bra), I opted for the clear tank slapper. I got the full tank protection kit, meaning it came with side covers where your knees go, one on the front where your belt buckle may rub, and a top tank protection film for because I use a tank bag.
    Works great, stays put, and doesn't hide that beautiful RWB tank!
    By the way, the guys at Tank Slapper are a good bunch. Ask for Lucas if you call them.

    Check this out as an option;

    I got the color-matched version. There are two things I did not like (get those out of the way first). The instructions are via video, as in you have to got to the website and download/view them. I have a dial-up connection, and it is a big file, about 10Mbyte. Definitely worth viewing befroe you purchase one, so you know what is involved.

    The other thing is that the sides come up high enough to cover the red and blue stripes. I called the factory about trimming it, and it is not sound too difficult, but I have not attempted it yet. I'm waiting for warmer weather, which kinda sounds goofy, but it will make the re-install easier.

    It stays put, once it is fitted. I have had mine up to a pretty decent speed, and it doesn't move. Hope this is helpful.
